Customer Service / Returns / Damaged Products

You may return new, unopened, unused* items purchased from SalonTeesandJewelry.com within 30 days of delivery. You must contact SalonTeesandJewelry.com at info@salonteesandjewelry.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. No credit will be issued to any items received without a Return Authorization number. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping. Return postage/insurance is your responsibility. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

* Items are not returnable if overwrap is torn or removed or the case/product has obviously been marked or handled in any way, or apparel items have been worn.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be received within 7 days of receipt of order. Please email  Customer Service at info@salonteesandjewelry.com regarding missing items. Please have your sales order receipt as we will ask for the order number located at the top right of the packing slip.
