Customer Service / Returns / Damaged Products

You may return new, unopened, unused* items purchased from within 30 days of delivery. You must contact at to obtain a Return Authorization number. No credit will be issued to any items received without a Return Authorization number. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping. Return postage/insurance is your responsibility. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

* Items are not returnable if overwrap is torn or removed or the case/product has obviously been marked or handled in any way, or apparel items have been worn.

Claims for missing or damaged items must be received within 7 days of receipt of order. Please email  Customer Service at regarding missing items. Please have your sales order receipt as we will ask for the order number located at the top right of the packing slip.
